Howdy. I've ordered my VPS about a week ago. It was setup incorrectly and I had to call technical support and have it fixed. Something about the password emailed being incorrect. They ended up charging me $15 for something that was their fault, but that's a whole other story.

I reinstalled my VPS. Now Plesk has the key plsk.00000000.0000 which is obviously not a real liscense. I can only have one client account and one domain with that key. Who do I have to talk to so my liscense is correct? And if I have to call technical support will they charge me another $15 because their reinstall scripts are buggy?

(This is starting to get stupid)

Hi dforthman,

This sounds like a plesk license issue. If you provide me your member ID I can go ahead and look into this issue for you. You can PM it to me if you like or just post it here. If this is indeed a license issue I will leave a ticket to have our admins fix this issue.

I just setup an account recently and I am having the same issue with the plesk key being plsk.00000000.0000. I sent you an email Rian, since you replied to my inquiry about DNS, which I resolved with some tinkering around. Is it possible for you to see this thru for me? The CSR said they would have to reload the license key. They submitted a ticket to the admins to fix this, about how long does this process take to do this or what is the average time that an admin responds to a ticket and can you verify that the ticket is in queue for the admins? I can PM you my member # if that helps...

Thank you for the help!
