License key / server config issues?

Greetings

I just created a VPS account for the company I work for with you. I also have a VPS account which should be the same level (I am pretty sure I ordered the same package some time ago on mine.)

However, the VPS that was set up for my company has some oddities:

ColdFusion, Spam Assassin and Application vault (amongst other things) are disabled on the new one, but not my personal one. I really don't need Fusion or Application much, but I do need Assassin...

When I am checking out system stats, it shows GBs of ram, not the ammount it is supposed to have... This is obviously a misconfiguration they may want to fix so that their servers aren't broken...

Also, I have noticed that my new VPS is incredibly slow compared to my other one...

Can I have an admin look into this, or at least someone tell me why (minimum) the new VPS has so much less?

Hi Mdm,

If ColdFusion, Spam Assassin and Application vault are grayed out it means your plesk license needs to be upgraded in order to use these features. If you PM your account information I can take a look at your vps to see if we can get these issues addressed.

The GBs of ram of ram your are seeing is the total amount of ram the box has, not your individual vps.

The RAM question was more of a 'Just so you know' statement in case there was some horrible misconfiguration regarding my account that was hurting your servers...

Hi, I just went out to the swsoft site and updated my license key to include spamassassin. What else do I need to do in order to enable it in the plesk console? Do I also have to install the package itself, or is that handled by adding the plesk add-on?

You would need to install the license into plesk. If you pm me your login info for plesk and put the cert someplace on the server (so I can access it) I should be able to upgrade the license for you.

Got this taken care of and spam assassin has been working well for a while now. Thanks for the quick response.
