I am getting a lot of bounced backs:

Reason: Remote SMTP Server Returned: 554 5.7.1 <72-4-175-147.ptr.primarydns.com[72.4.175.147]>: Client host rejected: Access denied

How do I fix this?

It could be anti-spam measures on the receiving servers - you may need to add an SPF record into your sending-domain's DNS zone file, and you might also need to ensure the domain has an MX record for your sending IP.

Its also possible the subnet is on some RBL.
