My VPS @ 72.4.175.153 is not on for last 8 days. I have tried so many times to contact the support of gate.com but the support system is so hilarous that i could not get it through. I tried to call the number they have mentioned on their site but all the six times i called, they hang up after i told them "I've problems with my VPS" I tried to contact your online support personal but the chat session never startred and i was kept on to wait a little as support staff is busy.
I dont know a **** thing. Finaly i cought "Brad" on the chat. I told him the situation and I told him that my VPS cannot be accessed for last 7 days. I was amazed to read his message (ever i had told him all) which he wrote "How may I help you". Probably, How come i know how he can help me. This is what their duty. After that, the poor thing happened again, The Chat Session is Closed.
I wonder if any company teachers their support staff to hang up calls or to close chat sessions until unless the customer is satisfied. I have my own call center and I know how these things are to be handled if you are providing any services.
Now, Can any one from staff can come up and help me with the VPS?
To be very sure - I dont want to continue with Gate.Com. I want to know about what I have paid. My server was down for 8 days and yet not up - may be it take more.
I want quick response or I'll be posting the story on many webhosting review forums.
