I have been a customer of Valueweb for more than 4 years and although i have had issues from time to time things have been very good. I decided to try this new service for a simple work computer i could use while traveling via Remote Desktop and hos a new email service. I signed up just before Thanksgiving of this year. It took a full 5 days to simply get the server set up. Each time i called support i was left on old for long periods of time. When i finally did talk to someone i received numerous excuses ranging from it will be done in 20 minutes to we are having problems. Once the server came up it was good for a week or so and no yet again it has been down all day yesterday and is still down with no end in sight.

Having read the other post's on this message board i am convinced that this company will not be around long. I hav eno choice but to seek a more professional service. Anyone else considering this company should think twice.
