Downtime this morning

I installed the plesk watchdog service yesterday (from the updates panel), and it notified me that apache wasn't running from 6:09-6:15 this morning.

I'm not even hosting a site other than the apache default one yet. Is anyone else running watchdog?

I have just installed that module; so far no alert emails. But the security scan returned: "Considerable existing/potential security problems were detected in the system." I am not sure how significant this warning is and how to handle it...
