Horror Story: Cancelled my account

Hello all,

I just wanted to share my experience:

I ordered my VPS over the weekend and it took 2 days to have it ready. When I got the email, i went in there and added a new domain, updated my DNS at godaddy and waited for 48 hours to see if it will work.
It did not. I called Customer and they wanted to charge me for that. I said no. And cancelled my account.
The sad part is that they're refusing to refund my money.
We'll see on that one.

Needless to say I am looking for a good host. If you know of any, let me know.

If you charge by credit card, you can call banking officer to request for charge back, provided you contact them and show them black and white to proof that they are not providing service such as support e-mail replied to you to get more chances of getting approved. It is depend on the bank itself of how long it will take for the case to process and what are the things got to be done.
