Never got first email

Hello, I purchased the Windows VPS from you. This was about 4 hours ago. The message said I should get a welcome email from 5 minutes to 2 hours, yet it has been 4 hours and I still havent received the email. I registered with the email talianello@wowway.com for the vps. If you could help me, I would appreciate it a lot. The money was sent and everything too. Thanks.

Hi! I purchased 2 days ago VPS W100, and still waiting to receive any confirmation to my mail.It is hard from me to contact you by phone,since I live in Europe.I'm a little bit confused and in doubts if this really works.My credit card was charged immediatly,..... if I take i concideration that you say it takes max up to 2 hours to settle my account.. still no reply from you.There is no mail form to contact you.?? Maja, I do not see any account with that e-mail address on it. You will need to contact sales or customer service to locate your account and get your welcome e-mail resent.

ROv, I see that you called us last night but I have resent your welcome e-mail to the e-mail contact on file. Since this is a yahoo address please be sure to check your spam folder with Yahoo as that system tends to put e-mails from us there.
