Cancelling a VPS

Hello,

I don't like gate.com services and I want to cancel my VPS...
I tried the dedicated customers support form but when I select Cancellation it goes to the gate.com front page.
I sent a email to them but I don't received an answer.

I'm from Brazil and my english isn't very good to call them...

Someone knows another way to cancel the VPS?
