Subdomains?

I'm new to Gate.com (obviously) and I'm having some trouble with subdomains.

I created a subdomain (forum.mydomain.com) and it worked for about two days, but then mysteriously stopped. Any time I try to visit the page, I get the good old "Server Not Found" error. I tried deleting and recreating the subdomain, but that had no effect. Is there something special I need to do to make it work again?

Its really hard to trouble shoot something like this without being able to log in and take a look around so your best bet is to call support.
Since ti was working for a few days I can only assume that you had Gate add the sub domain to your DNS. If the domain is resolving to the IP then it may be an issue with the control panel and I don't have any advice on how to trouble shoot that other than going to the KB for that control panel and looking into it or calling support to see if they can figure it out.
