I have been facing these problems with the gate.com and i hope some one from the admin read this.

1 - To contact you via email. To submit a support ticket and to find how to submit a support ticket is so **** difficult.

2 - Your online phone support can only give a reboot to the server.

3 - I am using a vps, and i cannot connect it via vps. Rest works just fine. I need to connect it using remote desktop. I called atleast 4 times, and all the time, the server was restarted but problem wasnt solved.

Please some one speak up and help me out.

When we spoke this morning you did not inform me that you had already tried to reboot the machine to fix the issue. If the admin account has been completely disabled then we will need to had an admin take a look at it as we can not log into the machine remotely. Yes we can do more than a reboot but the issue you are having will have to be resolved locally so technical support can only leave a ticket for it. You will need to call us so that we can get some more information from you but please be sure you let the tech rep, that you speak to, know that a reboot has already been tried and did not fix the issue.
