Free month special

I see from the vps page there is currently a first month free special running on all VPS plans.

So why is it when I try and order the W100 windows vps, I`m being billed the full price and not the first month free?

Did someone forget to take the special note off the webpage or something?

I can`t seem to get through to sales. The number rings but no answer and there is no email address for presales either.

The sales office would not have been open that early. You should be able to call 800-522-0342 now and speak to Customer Service or Sales regarding that issue.
