I purchased a windows VPS from GATE.COM 4 days ago throught Telphone. They then charged me $19.95 for setup fees, and offer 1 month for free.
After 20 Minutes, a welcome letter with IP address and username, password delivered to my mailbox, followed the instruction, wanted to login, but responded a error as password wrong.
Then phoned the sales, who passed my phone to a support (5-8 Minutes for waiting), when the support knew I'd talk about a password of vps, then passed me to a customer again (20 minutes for waiting).
The customer was quite friendly, and checked something with my account (8-10 Minutes), then told me something wrong with my VPS, needed to reinstall again for 1 hour probably, and he would check everything of my VPS without a error.
After 2 hour, tried to access My brand new VPS, NO ACCESS.
4 hour, tried to access my brand new VPS, NO ACCESS.
.......................
I also went to the forum of gate.com, and have seen a lot of negative threads, and I've also lost confidence with GATE.COM slowly..
Today morning:
After 24 Hour, tried to access my brand new VPS, still LOG IN IS NOW ALLOWED..
I've no idea now, really, May be to call them later to help me..

Today is the forth day, I have been trying to contact GATE.COM at least 6 times this couple of days, the answer was the same as should be sort out soon.
The truth at moment is my password still failed to work. The telephone number has been busy always to tech supporter, and always have to wait for 30 Minutes.
Really no idea for that, any recommend for the situation?
