Gate VPS Offering Complete Garbage, Buyer Beware

I purchased a VPS from Gate on August 8th, and Gate has not been able to keep my system and running for more than 20 hours or so since then. Email requests for support have gone without an answer. Every time the system backs up, it enters the 'mounted' state (down, not responding to requests) and doesn't come back up. Either that, or it just plain crashes and doesn't come back. It's proven completely useless for any serious work. I've managed my own VPSes during my day job. It's not hard. Is gate.com clueless or acting in bad faith? I hate to ascribe the latter motives to people, but I'm beginning to wonder.

Here's all the crashes I've had since the 8th (at least 2 per day)

Maybe you just had some bad luck, I havent had an issue yet and I have been running for a while now without a single crash.
