VPS reboot

My VPS seems to be down:

Web server won't work,
Can't SSH in,
Plesk says "No Logging",

...but I know I'm paid up. How do I get my system/server to reboot? Can I do it, or do I need to contact Gate?

log into virtuozzo as root, click on "Start/Stop VPS" from left side task bar, then click on "restart VPS".

Virtuozzo address is yourserverip:4643/vz/cp Ex: 192.168.0.1:4643/vz/cp

If you can't log in there, then I'm afraid you have to call them. I'm no expert, just giving you a simple suggestion so, good luck!
